岗位职责
Introduction:
Dedicated to charactering the heterogeneity of spatiotemporal dynamics of tumor progression and treatment responses by longitudinal multi-omics profiling of tumor tissue (spatial multi-omics) and peripheral blood, aiming to accelerate translational discoveries for precision cancer diagnosis and treatment.

岗位要求
(1)Preferred Background:
Medical, Biology, Immunology, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Applied Mathematics, or Physics.
(2)Core Technical Skills:
Strong programming skills (Python/R); experience in omics data processing; familiarity with disease related analysis and causal inference.
(3)Modeling Competency:
Experience with real-world medical datasets; ability to design and validate disease risk prediction models; understanding of foundation model fine-tuning is a plus.
(4)Preferred Qualifications:
Prior work with cancer or disease related research studies, or medical AI projects; experience in distributed training, AI-agent design or high-performance computing is advantageous.
(5)Personal Traits:
Data-driven thinker, strong research discipline, comfortable working with noisy real-world data, and motivated by translational healthcare impact.
