DESCRIPTION:

As Senior Manager of Application Engineers, you will lead a skilled technical team that provides essential support to customers using our advanced analytical instruments. This role combines technical leadership with customer-facing responsibilities to support innovation and growth. You'll support your team in delivering exceptional technical support, conducting demonstrations, and developing application solutions that demonstrate our technology's value. Working closely with sales teams and cross-functional partners, you'll build customer relationships and ensure successful technology implementation. You'll contribute to identifying market opportunities, developing solutions, and providing valuable feedback to product development teams. Your leadership will support application engineers in assisting customers in semiconductor manufacturing and related industries, helping them achieve excellent results with our technology.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in relevant field (semiconductor, life sciences, or analytical instrumentation)

• Preferred Fields of Study: Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or related scientific field

• 3+ years of management experience leading technical teams

• Deep understanding of application development and customer workflow integration

• Strong technical problem-solving capabilities

• Excellence in both written and verbal communication

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Experience with product demonstrations and technical training

• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration

• Project management and team coordination skills

• Travel required (valid passport required)

• Proficiency in English required

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer solutions

• Experience with application note development and technical documentation
