岗位职责
JOB SUMMARY

Ÿ Lead the development of injection mold, and support the new product design.

3.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ÿ Coordinate part designer and tooling vendor about the product request, review and confirm DFM from tooling vendor.
Ÿ Review and approve the mold design from tooling vendor according to VOSS mold standard.
Ÿ Follow the mold making process according to the schedule, check the mold making status by mile stone.
Ÿ Trial the mold, set up injection parameter based on VOSS tool trial process, and trouble shoot the problems during tool trial.
Ÿ Review the dimension check report, working together with part designer to set up mold optimization request.
Ÿ Work together with tooling vendor to set up mold optimization action plan, follow the mold optimization until all dimension and appearance meeting the requirement.
Ÿ Provide the samples for dimension check and DVP test at VOSS, check the mold on site before mold transfer back to VOSS.
Ÿ Give comments to part designer from point view of mold, like necessary design change for mold making.
Ÿ Assist senior mold engineer to collect data, to form project database.

协助高级模具工程师收集资料，形成项目数据库。

岗位要求
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Ÿ Bachelor degree with mold or mechanical
Ÿ 2 years’ experience of precision injection mold
Ÿ Familiar with mold making and molding
Ÿ Familiar with Word, Excel etc.
Ÿ Demonstrate strategic thinking approach and service attitude
