岗位职责
Job Description:

1. Project evaluation: evaluate the project strategy based on client`s request and scientific judgement.

2. Work collaboratively with commercial team and production team to ensure projects can be finished in time.

3. Project management: Coordinate all teams to facilitate the research work, and provide regular feedback/update to client for any project progress/trouble shooting, especially for key accounts.

4. Improvement of service platform: Have a deep understanding of the market needs and competitors. Work closely with other teams to optimize and upgrade our service package and platform technology to improve service competences and customer satisfaction.

5. Deliver any other tasks related to project management assigned by team leader.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree or above, biology related majors;previous commercial experience or Viral vector packaging related experience is preferred.

2. Strong customer service awareness, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability, strong execution ability.

3. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience.

4. Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.

5. Capacity to manage high stress situations.

6. Excellent language skill in both Chinese and English.

职位要求

1. 硕士及以上学历，生物学相关专业；具备商务经验或病毒载体包装相关经验者优先。

2. 具备强烈的客户服务意识、良好的沟通协调能力与执行力。

3. 拥有扎实的技术背景，对病毒载体或生物药研发领域有理解或实践经验。

4. 具备多任务处理能力，能同时管理多个项目要素。

5. 具备管理高压情境的能力。

6. 具备优秀的中英文语言能力。
