岗位职责
1. Localization Support: Assist in proofreading and polishing Japanese or Korean content in product interfaces, official websites, and marketing materials to improve accuracy, naturalness, and consistency; optimize content expression based on the language habits and cultural background of Japanese or Korean users to enhance the reading and user experience of local users; assist in maintaining the localization glossary, and organize and follow up on localization issues and user feedback.
2. Social Media & Community Operations Support: Assist in the daily operations of social media in the Japanese or Korean market, including topic research, copywriting, material organization, and content publishing; assist in handling comments, direct messages, and community interactions, and collect and organize user needs and feedback; monitor trending topics and content trends in local AI, 3D, gaming, and creator communities to provide references for content planning and interactive activities.
3.Market & Event Support: Assist in conducting local market, competitor, and user research, and organize relevant information and insights; assist in the preparation, execution, and review of online and offline events; support the team in other market operations-related work.

2. 社交媒体与社区运营支持：协助日本或韩国市场社交媒体的日常运营，包括选题搜集、文案撰写、素材整理与内容发布；协助处理评论、私信及社区互动，收集并整理用户需求与反馈；关注当地AI、3D、游戏及创作者社区的热门话题与内容趋势，为内容策划和互动活动提供参考。
3. 市场与活动支持：协助开展当地市场、竞品及用户调研，整理相关信息与洞察；协助线上及线下活动的筹备、执行与复盘；支持团队开展其他市场运营相关工作。
岗位要求
1. Fluent in Japanese or Korean, with strong written expression and communication skills, capable of supporting localization and user interaction work.
2. Basic English communication skills, capable of daily work communication and reading relevant materials.
3. Interested in AI technology and applications, willing to proactively learn about AI, 3D, and the creator ecosystem.
4. Proactive, responsible, and execution-oriented, willing to learn, and able to collaborate efficiently with the team.
1. 日语或韩语流利，具备良好的书面表达与沟通能力，能够支持本地化及用户互动工作。
2. 具备基础英语沟通能力，能够进行日常工作交流及阅读相关资料。
3. 对AI技术与应用感兴趣，愿意主动了解AI、3D及创作者生态。
