SSVF Finance Section Manager

Drive Performance

- Clean AOC to reconcile productivity with P&L

- Work with other functional team to identify the prod’ty opportunity (eg. Scrap cost, NQC, Spare Parts etc.)

- Take lead in Based cost control

- Continue with the efforts on Balance Sheet review and control

- Lead the Business Review process in SSVF;.

Enhance Costing culture

- Lead the Plant costing communication (including cost benchmark with other regions, identify the opportunities of cost reduction, communicate with country finance for cost evolution.

- Enhance the product analysis process and screen & simplify the cost request;

- Enhance the team costing competency in improving the CSC & TP campaign;

Support to Business & KIC enhancement

- Provision support in internal control process enhancement in SSVF as well as KIC awareness across the entity;

- Organize finance training for non financial people at plant level

Personal development

- Lead the learning culture of the SSVF finance team (eg. E-learning)

- Team involvement in the Cluster competency group enhancement project and identify, Drive more good practice within SELV and shared to other entities;

Education: Bachelor degree of Accounting/ Financial / Management / Business

Job Related Experience: 5 + years financial experience including at least 2 years in a Financial management role in multinational companies.

Business Understanding: SAP experience is compulsory ,family with export and import tax and process

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):English /Mandarin; CET-6 Good skill in MS Office.
