Education
You will embark on a comprehensive induction training at the beginning of the programme.
Experience
You will undergo on-the-job training to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the specific business function through job rotation and acquire essential skills in your area of specialization.
Exposure
You will build a close-knit community with fellow MAs in the region and expand your network by connecting with top executives of the bank and have the privilege of being mentored by senior leaders.

hold a Bachelor’s degree in related discipline from a reputable university in any discipline with less than two years of work experience
