Intern

Conduct company, industry and market research, and synthesise findings into clear insights and implications for clients. Prepare client materials, including pitch books, teasers, information memoranda, management presentations and internal committee papers. Assist with valuation work, scenario analysis and return/impact assessments to support recommendations. Support the origination and execution of Investment Banking assignments. Coordinate with product and coverage partners, including ECM, DCM, Leveraged Finance, Risk, Legal and Compliance. Maintain high standards of accuracy, version control and confidentiality across all deliverables. Support team operations, including meeting scheduling, status updates and maintaining deal and pipeline trackers. Work effectively with analysts, associates and global Investment Banking professionals to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs. Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with large datasets. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce client-ready materials. Clear written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to explain analysis and conclusions clearly and concisely. High attention to detail and a strong ownership mindset. Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional judgement and discretion when handling confidential information. Willingness to complete a minimum six-month internship. Ability to work on-site at least four days per week, preferably five.
