This year what we’re looking for is Digital Product & Project Manager role leading the digital transformation strategy.
YOUR ROLE
Lead and manage digital projects: Lead and manage the digital transformation strategy and plan for the partner team to meet the needs in business. From setting project goals, managing resources and budgets to maintaining project timeframes for project delivery.
Own digital products from idealization to realization to operation: Partner with business to understand user needs and co-create digital products, continuously iterate the product and maximize its business value via user operation.
Drive IT innovation: Closely connect with regional and global IT team to learn leading digital solutions and find opportunities to reapply and lead the related IT projects with executional excellence.

We are looking for students who:
Currently working towards completion of a bachelor’s degree or above in an accredited university in 2027 or 0-3 years of work experience after graduation.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business analytics, business administration or have equivalent experience.
Strong leadership, project management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex or technical concepts in business language
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Understand and have experience in Agile Product Management Methodology.
Experienced in using one of the following technologies: JavaScript/Java/Python/SQL will be a plus
