Visual Design Associate, Medical Content

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Overview As a core execution role within the Content Center, the Visual Design Associate, Medical Content will focus on medical and scientific communication materials delivered by the Content Center, with responsibility for presentation enhancement, graphic design, and visual execution. Through professional design, standardized templates, and reusable visual assets, this role will improve the professionalism, consistency, readability, and communication impact of medical content. The scope will primarily cover external-facing or business-related content assets produced by the Content Center.

Medical Content Visual Design and Execution Deliver visual design, layout, enhancement, and final production for medical and scientific communication materials developed by the Content Center. Design and optimize medical presentations, scientific communication materials, medical education materials, digital content, and related content assets. Accurately understand the logic of medical content and translate complex information into clear, professional, and easy-to-understand visual communication. Design and produce infographics, process flows, mechanism-of-action visuals, posters, and other visual elements to support scientific communication. Strictly follow corporate brand guidelines, content requirements, and established design standards to ensure delivery quality and visual consistency.

Templateand Visual Asset Development Develop and maintain standardized presentation templates, page layouts, and design components. Build reusable libraries of graphics, icons, infographics, and other visual assets. Support the establishment and ongoing improvement of the Content Center’s visual guidelines, design standards, and quality-control mechanisms. Improve design efficiency and scalable delivery through standardized templates, modular components, and asset reuse.

Digital and AI-Assisted Design Use digital and AI-assisted design tools, with appropriate training and guidance, to improve design efficiency. Explore design tools, methods, and use cases suitable for medical content production. Understand traditional workflows for digital content assets and support AI development teams in redesigning those workflows. Participate in the continuous improvement and scaled adoption of design processes, templates, and standards.

WHO YOU ARE

Education Degree in visual communication design, graphic design, digital media design, multimedia design, or a related discipline.

Bachelor’s degree or above.

At least two years of experience in graphic design, visual design, presentation design, contentdesign, or a related field.

Experience in advanced PowerPoint design, presentation material development, and high-volume content delivery is preferred.

Professional Capabilities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to independently complete professional slide layout, visual enhancement, and format standardization.

Proficiency in professional design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.

Strong capabilities in layout, typography, color application, graphic design, and visual aesthetics.

Strong information-visualization and visual-storytelling skills, with the ability to translate content logic into clear and accurate visua
