IT基础架构实习生

岗位职责：

1. CMDB & Inventory Maintenance CMDB与资产维护

• Perform daily CMDB and inventory maintenance for the Infrastructure team, keeping records complete and accurate.

每日维护基础架构团队的CMDB及资产台账，确保记录完整、准确。

• Maintain IP address management (IPAM) records – allocation, usage and reconciliation against live networks.

维护IP地址管理（IPAM）记录，包括地址分配、使用情况及与现网的核对。

• Track and update hardware/software End-of-Life (EOL) status in the inventory, and flag upcoming EOL items.

跟踪并更新资产中软硬件生命周期终止（EOL）状态，提示即将到期的设备。

2. Site Documentation & Standardization 站点文档与标准化

• Verify site standard documentation (e.g. network diagrams, rack layouts, device lists) against the actual site setup.

核查站点标准化文档（如网络拓扑、机柜布局、设备清单）与站点实际情况是否一致。

• Identify gaps between current documentation, the real environment and best practice, and propose updates.

识别现有文档、实际环境与最佳实践之间的差距，并提出更新建议。

3. Ticket Follow-up 工单跟进

• Review the team’s aging tickets regularly and summarize status and blockers.

定期审查团队超期工单，汇总状态及阻塞原因。

• Chase and follow up with the Helpdesk team and other GC Infra streams to drive closure.

与IT服务台及大中华区其他基础架构条线沟通跟进，推动工单关闭。

4. Ad-hoc Support 其他支持

• Support the Infrastructure team on other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

完成基础架构团队安排的其他临时性工作及项目支持。

任职要求：

有IT运维、网络或基础架构相关实习经历者优先

计算机科学、网络工程、信息系统或相关专业的本科或研究生在读学生；

熟练使用Excel（查找函数、筛选、数据透视表）及Office 365。

良好的沟通能力，能主动与不同团队跟进事项。

英语读写及口语可作为工作语言，中文流利。

有ITSM / CMDB工具（如ServiceNow）使用经验者优先。
