The mission of this role is to support the Proposal and Project Management team in the execution of screw feeder and automation projects, while developing the technical, commercial and project management capabilities required for future project ownership. Through structured training, mentoring and hands-on project assignments, the trainee is expected to become capable independently managing selected low-complexity automation projects after approximately one year, with appropriate supervision and escalation support.
In parallel, the trainee will bring AI knowledge, digital thinking and data-driven working methods into the team to simplify repetitive processes, structure historical project knowledge, capture lessons learned and improve the reuse of experience in future projects.

同时，培训生将把人工智能知识、数字化思维和数据驱动的工作方法带入团队，帮助简化重复性流程，整理历史项目知识，沉淀经验教训，并提高过往经验在后续项目中的复用效率。
Major Responsibilities
主要职责
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support screw feeder and automation project execution:
1. Support Project Managers in the daily execution of screw feeder and automation projects across kickoff, engineering, purchasing/build, debugging, FAT, delivery/installation, SAT, final acceptance and handover.
2. Prepare and maintain project schedules, milestone plans, action lists, open-point lists, risk and issue registers, change logs, meeting minutes and project review materials.
3. Follow up actions with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Software, Installation, Service, Sales and other relevant functions.
4. Monitor planned versus actual project progress and proactively highlight schedule, scope, cost, quality or resource deviations to the responsible Project Manager.
5. Support and understanding of customer change management, risk analysis and management
Develop technical and application knowledge:
1. Learn the basic principles and applications of screw feeding systems, fastening processes and industrial automation solutions.
Apply AI and digital tools to simplify team processes:
1. Identify repetitive, manual or low-value-added activities in Proposal and Project Management processes that could be simplified or supported by AI and digital tools.
2. Develop and test practical AI-assisted use cases, such as meeting and action summaries, project status drafts, requirement extraction, specification comparison, risk/checklist preparation, handover summaries and document classification/search.
3. Support basic project data analysis and visualization using approved office and digital tools.
4. Measure whether proposed improvements reduce manual effort, improve consistency or shorten information retrieval, and document the result before broader adoption.
支持送钉机及自动化项目的执行：
• 支持项目经理执行自动送钉和自动化项目，覆盖项目启动、工程设计、采购/制造、调试、FAT、交付/安装、SAT、最终验收及移交。
• 维护项目计划、里程碑、行动清单、开放问题、风险与问题清单、变更记录、会议纪要及项目评审资料。
• 协调并跟进工程、采购、制造、软件、安装、服务、销售及其他相关职能的行动项。
• 跟踪计划与实际进展，及时识别并升级进度、范围、成本、质量及资源偏差。
• 协助管理客户变更、项目风险并提前管理。
发展学习送钉机及自动化知识：
• 学习自动送钉、紧固工艺及工业自动化的基本原理，并建立机械、电气、控制、软件接口、机器人及安全概念的基础认知。
应用AI及数字化工具简化团队流程：
• 识别方案及项目管理中的重复性、手工或低附加值工作，应用经批准的AI和数字化工具进行简化。
• 开发会议和行动总结、项目状态草稿、需求提取、规格对比、风险/检查表、交接总结以及文件分类/检索等实用AI场景。
• 支持并开发项目日常数据的分析及可视化报表。
Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science/AI or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in industrial automation, technical project management and practical AI applications.
• University project, robotics competition, laboratory, coding, data-analysis or previous industrial traineeship experience is a plus.
• 本科或硕士，自动化、机器人、机电一体化、机械工程、电气工程、工业工程、制造工程、计算机/人工智能或相关专业优先。
• 对工业自动化、技术项目管理以及AI实际应用有浓厚兴趣。

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic engineering knowledge and the ability to understand technical drawings, specifications and process information.
• Basic understanding of AI/LLMs, prompt design, data organization or workflow automation; practical application experience is a plus.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Python, CAD, PLC or robotics tools is a plus.
• Structured thinking and the ability to organize unstructured information into clear actions, templates or summaries.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.

• Shadow experienced Project Managers and support project documentation and action tracking.
• Map the current PM process and identify initial knowledge gaps and AI improvement opportunities.
• Complete product, application, project process and related process training.

• Take ownership of one or more selected low-complexity screw feeder/automation projects, with mentor review at defined gates.
• Manage project scope, schedule, actions, risks, changes, customer coordination, acceptance and closure.
• Complete a reusable project case study and hand over the related knowledge and AI/process-improvement outputs to the team.
第10-12个月-初级项目负责：在关键节点接受导师评审的前提下，负责一个或多个选定的低复杂度自动送钉/自动化项目；管理范围、进度、行动、风险、变更、客户协调、验收和结项；完成可复用案例及知识/流程改进成果移交。
