岗位职责
Job Requirement 岗位职责：
1.Provide technical directions for commercial projects through project phases of demonstration , validation and commercialization .
2. Lead technology transfer for new process and / or new product introductions to the site .
3.Responsible for managing product / process flow design related events , atypicals and deviations to ensure effective timely resolution .
4.Manage routine commercial manufacturing process by applying Lean Six Sigma & Analytical Problem Solving methodology to drive improvements with respect to processes and systems .
5. Mentor and coach project engineers to develop future Technical Operations talents .
6.Participate in EHS , cGMP and other
compliance related matters where applicable .
7.Any other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisors .
岗位要求
Job Responsibility 任职要求：
1、 Education Level :
Masters or Ph . D . degree in Organic Chemistry or Chemical Engineering .
2、 Experience / Technical Skills :
Strong knowledge of Technical Operations function areas including but not limited to Technology Transfer , validation , Technical Training and Continuous Improvement .
Good understanding of cGMP guidelines .
3、 Personal Attributes :
Mentor , coach and motivate others .
Good oral and written English communication and coordination skills are required .
