What this job involves,
1.负责来访接待、访客引导，按需安排茶水服务，维护接待区域环境规范整洁；
2.负责会议室预定及管理、会议设施巡查，做好会前会中会后全流程服务响应；
3.对接现场服务要求，响应各类服务需求；
4.解决各类突发事件，处理投诉和建议，沟通并及时向上汇报；
5.确保定期的客户满意度考核达到要求；
6.服从轮岗安排，在不同服务场景轮换学习；
7.完成上级安排的其他工作。
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
1.大专及以上，本科优先；商务会务、高端接待、酒店物业相关经验优先，服务类相关专业优先；
2.形象端庄，谈吐得体，亲和力强，主动服务意识强，善于团队协作；
3.良好的沟通表达能力，具备基础英文听说能力；
4.熟悉电脑及办公软件使用；
5.良好的应变与抗压能力；
6.接受岗位轮岗安排，愿意在不同服务场景中持续提升。
