Job Description:
This open role will own the full-cycle SOP management covering SIPcalculation, contract administration, digital system maintenance, and expense reconciliation.
It will standardize cross-team workflow, cut redundant manual work, and enhance our operational accuracy and agility, bringing tangible efficiency gains to the entire team.
Optimize and coordinate stock healthy management, ensure smooth routine retailer transfer and return, with internal and external function.
Facilitating communication and collaboration within the sales team and across other departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
At least 3 years’ working experience of regional sales in FMCG industry, 1 years’ SOP management experience.
Strong cross-function communication and presentation skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experienced with Processing management.
