Job Overview
Manages experienced sourcing professionals and/or supervisors, overseeing complex sourcing initiatives and supplier strategies. Drives cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier performance improvements across categories or regions.

Managing strategic sourcing initiatives and measuring effectiveness against KPIs.
Aligning sourcing priorities with business needs and category strategies.
Leading supplier selection, negotiations, and risk assessments for key vendors.
Driving compliance with sourcing governance, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Identifying cost reduction and productivity opportunities through market and supplier analysis.
Developing team capabilities and guiding execution of complex sourcing projects.
What your background should look like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters degree with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
