工作内容
1.基于销售预测，深入分析市场销售数据及库存动态，为第三方仓库制定合理的补货计划。通过实时监控，确保各仓库产品库存始终处于安全且合理的区间，平衡库存与供应保障。 Based on the sales forecasts conduct in-depth analysis of market sales data and inventory dynamics, and formulate reasonable replenishment plans for 3PL, keep closely monitoring and balancing the inventory and supply.
2.定期开展供应风险评估，针对不同风险制定定制化解决方案，确保供应风险及时有效地解决。 Regularly review the supply risk assessment and figure out the solutions for different risks to ensure that supply risks are addressed in a timely and effective.
3. 负责快速消费品（FMCG）成品及包装材料订单的全流程跟进，从接单协同生产部门，把控生产进度，确保订单按计划有序推进。 Responsible for FMCG finished products and packaging materials order process follow-up, from order receiving to coordinating with factories, monitoring the production schedule, ensure the order progresses as planned.
4. 根据市场需求，设定目标产能，并持续监控实际产出情况。通过数据分析及时识别产能瓶颈并提出应对措施。 Set target capacity based on market demand and continuously monitor actual output. Through data analysis, identify the capacity bottleneck and take action immediately.
5.依据实际订单及订单预测，合理下达原材料或半成品的备料订单。在确保生产物料及时供应的同时，降低供应风险，缩短生产前置时间，增强企业对市场变化的响应能力。 Based on actual orders and accurate order forecasts, reasonably prepare the finsh good and raw materials, reduce the risk of supplys and shorten the production lead time, and enhance the company's responsiveness to market changes.
6.与公司各部门及供应商紧密合作，解决生产过程中的各种问题， 包括急单和特殊订单的出货。Work close with the internal departments and vendors to solve all kinds of problems in production, including emergency and special cases.
7. 跟进新产品开发进度，分析项目需求预测，提前准备好各项产能配套。 Follow up new products development process, analyze and prepare the capacity of tooling, molds and machines.
8. 准确及时更新内部报表，以及上级交办的其它任务。 Update internal reports accurately and timely. Other tasks assigned by manager. 9.推动和跟进工厂产能及交付，如有必要需要驻厂。 Driven and monitor factory capacity and delivery and stayed in the factory if needed.

任职条件
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majors related to supply chain are preferred. ●本科或以上学历，供应链相关专业优先。
2.At least 2 years of experience in supply planning. Experience in factory capacity planning, collaboration in FMCG capacity management, and long - cycle supply chain planning for import and export are preferred. ●工作经验: 具有2年以上供应计划经验，接触过工厂产能计划，对快消品产能板块有协作经验，有进出口长周期供应链计划优先。
3.Have a thorough mastery of supply chain processes and be proficient in using related software and ERP systems; Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, and ERP systems like SAP.精通供应链流程，熟练使用相关软件和 ERP 系统；精通 Word/Excel/PPT 等办公软件及 SAP 等 ERP 系统。
4. Language：Good English listening, speaking and writing skills. 语言: 良好的英语口语和书写能力，英语可作为工作语言。
5. Demonstrate high efficiency and excellent time management skills, with clear and logical thinking. Possess strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration abilities, enabling seamless coordination with various teams.
