Key responsibilities

Demos & presales

Run standard & tailored product demos of Style3D Studio, Style3D Cloud and Style3D AI tools, online and on site

Run discovery sessions to map the client's current workflow (design, pattern, sampling, PLM) and pain points

Build proof-of-concepts and pilot setups with client garments, fabrics and patterns

Answer technical questions in RFPs and security/IT questionnaires

Support Sales with solution scoping, effort estimates and implementation plans

Present at trade shows, webinars and customer events

Trainings & implementation

Deliver structured trainings for designers, pattern makers and 3D technicians, from beginner to advanced

Plan and run implementation milestones with the Project Lead: setup, pilot, roll-out, handover

Track user adoption and progress, and report status and risks to the Project Lead

Create and maintain training materials, guides and demo assets

Support

Be the first technical contact for assigned clients after go-live

Troubleshoot product issues, reproduce bugs and escalate to the product and R&D teams with clear documentation

Support integrations and data flows (DXF, PLM, Style3D Cloud) together with the client's IT team

Collect client feedback and feature requests and share them with Product
