Project Production Specialist

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBITIES

Support the implementation of production operations in new Qidong production department and coordinate the implementation and execution of PSS activities. 支持启东新工厂生产运营活动在生产部实施，协调PSS活动的推行和执行。

Promote the department members continuous improvement thinking through coaching and training. 提供辅导和培训，提高生产部组织成员发展持续改进的思维。

Support production project related to the development of digital applications, coordinate resources, organize and arrange project plans,timely follow up project progress. 支持生产部数字化应用开发的相关项目，在项目上线过程中，协调资源，组织安排项目计划，并及时跟进项目进展情况。

Other tasks arranged by manager. 其他任务。

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmacy or related disciplines. 大学本科及以上学历，药学或相关专业。

Experience nearly 2 years progressive experience in pharmaceutical company 制药企业2年工作经验。

Can rationally arrange the task in the project, have the strong organization management and communication ability. 能合理安排项目过程中的任务，具有较强的组织管理能力和沟通能力。

Fluent English in listening,speaking, reading, and writing, computer skills, good team spirits, good innovation and coordination ability. 熟练的英文听说读写能力、电脑操作，良好的团队合作、创新和协作能力。
