工程类专科及以上学历

Junior college degree or above in an engineering-related discipline.

5年以上相关设施运行/维护相关经验

At least 5 years of relevant experience in utilities/facilities operation and maintenance.

3年以上药厂工作经验

At least 3 years of overall work experience in pharmaceutical companies.

熟悉药厂GMP要求及国家的相关法律知识。

Familiar with GMP requirements and applicable national laws, regulations, and industry standards for pharmaceutical manufacturing.

具备良好的英语读写及沟通能力，能够阅读和理解英文技术文件，并支持英文审计沟通。

Good written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to read and understand technical documents and support audit communications in English.

熟悉相关公用设备运行及原理。

Familiar with the operation and working principles of relevant utility systems and equipment.

熟悉EHS相关知识。

Familiar with EHS requirements and practices.

工作职责 Job Responsibilities

确保公用工程的运行稳定可靠，并符合国家法规和药明生物的标准。确保关键系统处于验证状态，支持工厂业务和部门目标的达成，同时给予公用工程运行人员提供技术支持。

Ensure the stable and reliable operation of utility systems in compliance with applicable national regulations and WuXi Biologics standards. Ensure that critical systems are maintained in a validated state, support the achievement of site and departmental objectives, and provide technical support to utility operations personnel.

主动协调各倒班小组的日常工作，确保运行连续性。

Proactively coordinate the daily activities of shift teams to ensure continuity of utility operations.

起草和更新相关系统SOP，确保相关的公用工程活动符合SOP，GMP，EHS和其他法规的要求。

Draft and update SOPs for relevant systems and ensure that utility-related activities are performed in compliance with applicable SOPs, GMP, EHS, and other regulatory requirements.

负责纯化水、注射用水及污水等水系统的日常技术支持，持续关注系统运行状态和性能趋势，及时处理设备故障及系统异常，并为生产运行提供技术支持。

Provide day-to-day technical support for water systems, including Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI), and wastewater systems. Monitor system operating conditions and performance trends, respond promptly to equipment failures and system abnormalities, and provide technical support to production operations.

参与水系统相关偏差调查和变更管理，包括技术评估、根本原因分析、风险评估及CAPA的制定和实施。

Participate in water system-related deviation investigations and change control activities, including technical assessment, root cause analysis, risk assessment, and CAPA development and implementation.

与采购及用户保持有效沟通确保备件耗材及时购买，建立公用工程的安全库存。

Maintain effective communication with Procurement and users to ensure the timely purchase of spare parts and consumables, and establish and maintain appropriate safety stock levels for utility systems.

能源管理 Energy Management

分析日常的能源数据，支持其他工程师实施节能项目，控制能耗费用在预算范围内。

Analyze energy consumption data, support other engineers in implementing energy-saving projects, and help control energy costs within the approved budget.

项目 Project Support

与承包商和第三方公司的有效沟通，支持项目的现场建设。参加或支持公用工程相关系统的FAT，SAT，安装，调试和确认等相关活动。

Maintain effective communication with contractors and third-party companies to support on-site project construction. Participate in or support FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning, and qualification activities for utility-related systems.

与维修、EHS、质量、生产和实验室等部门保持良好的沟通。

Maintain effective communication and strong working relationships with Maintenance, EHS, Quality, Production, Laboratory, and other relevant functions.

协助上级领导完成日常工作。

Assist the line manager with daily operational and departmental activities as required.
