What you’ll do:
Lead failure analysis on 3phase product field issues and report out.
Drive internal quality improvement and external customer experience.
Lead failure analysis on APAC field failures, work with cross functional team to get result.
Report failure analysis result and communicate internally with team.
Support after service pertaining quality related problems, work with after service team on elaborating FA result.
Manage priority of FA needs with customer satisfaction.
Drive internal problem solving and corrective action, enhance customer satisfaction through fast response, proactive communication, and effective problem prevention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor and above
5+ years of work experience
Electric and UPS knowledge, Testing, ISO & industrial standard
Effective communication skills, good written and oral English
