Data Governance Platform Manager 数据治理平台经理

Accountabilities：

Platform & Tooling: Deploy and maintain data governance platforms and tools to effectively implement business data policies.

Metadata & Lineage: Map technical metadata to business glossaries while maintaining end-to-end lineage for full data traceability.

Automated Quality Control: Implement automated monitoring scripts to detect data anomalies and investigate/resolve technical root causes.

Business Partnership: Partner with the BEX Data Governance Manager and data owners to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Consulted Data Governance: Provide technical consultation regarding local data governance strategy, policies, procedures, and standards.

Data Security: Ensure the normal operation of data security protocols and technical quality control measures across the platform.

Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Familiarity with data governance frameworks and a strong understanding of data quality management. Data Governance or management related certifications (e.g., CDMP, DAMA) are preferred.

Strong technical knowledge of databases and programming..

Skills:

Expertise in SQL and other basic programming languages (e.g., C#, Python or Java).

Proficiency in implementing automated monitoring scripts.

Experiences on DG platform or tools (e.g., Data Galaxy) is preferred.

Experience:

At least 5 – 6 years of hands-on experience in handling data-related technical operational tasks (e.g., Data Governance, Data Warehouse/Platform or BI).

Professional experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly preferred.

At least 3 years’ experience in independent project management and experience with medium-large projects implementation.
