Accountabilities:
1、Design and implement HEOR projects to support market access.
2、Lead the NRDL submission process, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality completion of all submission materials.
3、Develop and maintain communication with the key stakeholders to facilitate market access and reimbursement discussions.
4、As the internal HE expert, initiatively provide the training program.
5、Track and monitor policy requirements and technological advancements related to health economics research in China and worldwide.
Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:
1、Master’s degree in Health Economics, Public Health, or a related field; PhD or equivalent experience is preferred.
Skills:
1、Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in both Chinese and English.
2、Strong project management skills and execution capabilities.
3、Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
4、Excellent cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
1、Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in HEOR, access strategy, and pricing within the pharmaceutical industry or consulting company.
Competency：
1、Good teamwork spirit and willingness to undertake any challenging work.
2、Strong understanding of healthcare systems, payer dynamics, and market access challenges.
