岗位职责
Main Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end origination, evaluation, and execution of new real estate investments and business opportunities.
• Take full ownership of transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, refinancing, and restructuring, with strong hands-on involvement in financial modeling, due diligence, and financing strategies.
• Liaise and coordinate with external advisors, including legal, financial, and tax consultants, throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Prepare and present detailed investment papers, performance reports, and materials for senior management and investment committees.
• Drive fundraising and investor relations activities, including the preparation of marketing materials, investor updates, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with capital partners, co-investors, and industry networks to support deal sourcing and fund growth.
• Potentially oversee portfolio asset management in later stages, including performance monitoring, value-enhancement initiatives, and exit planning.

岗位要求
1，The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of related real estate investment experience.
2，Possess deep knowledge of the China real estate market and established local networks.
3，Substantial experience engaging with institutional investors, family offices, and capital partners; confident in capital raising and investor reporting.
4，Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
5，Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including advanced cash flow analysis, DCF, and scenario modeling.
6，Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
7，Proficient in Bloomberg, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
8，Team player with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
