检验员(J10960)

岗位职责
1. Responsible for incoming inspection according to related QCP, QIP, inspection WI, shop travellers, engineering drawings and other requirement. And also responsible for quality records and inspection status labelling management ， And also responsible for supplier premise inspection if necessary. And review, comparison and archiving of supplier’s quality certificates.
严格按照质量控制计划（QCP），检验计划，检验作业指导书，工艺流程卡，产品图纸或其它标准要求，进行检验工作，并做好质量检验记录工作与检验状态标识工作。必要时，进行外协检验。并整理、校对和归档好各类原始供应商的质量证书。
2. Responsible for NCR report quickly initiated when any quality deviation identified and transfer the NCR report to responsible person. And also responsible for follow-up verification and closing for reworked or repaired parts record in mangement system.
对检验过程中识别的任何不合格零件，立即填写NCR报告，并提交给责任人进行处理。 并负责在管理系统中对不合格零件返工返修后的情况尽快进行跟踪验证与关闭。
3. Responsible for 5S/EHS management in inspection working areas and maintenance for gauges and quality records under his control. And also responsible for compiling daily inspection report every day and weekly inspection summary.
负责检验区域的5S管理与EHS管理，维护自己保管的量具与记录，并负责每天按时填写检验日报。
4. Strictly comply with company rules and regulations, seriously implement the company's development guidelines and arrange department work deployment.
严格遵守公司规章制度、认真贯彻落实公司的发展方针及部门的工作调整安排。
5. Others , any additional agreed-to works by superiors.
完成上级安排的其他任务。

岗位要求
1. Education Experience & Certificates / 教育经历 & 证书要求
大专及以上学历，机械、自动化、电机等相关专业。
2. Working Experience / 工作经验
三年及以上制造业检验工作经验，有电机、水泵行业检验经验优先，有中大型制造型企业从业经历优先。
3. Professional skill & Special skill / 专业技能和特殊技能要求
熟练使用卡尺、千分尺等常规测量器具；
会使用万用表，工频耐压实验设备，绝缘测试仪，回路电阻测试仪等检测设备；
熟悉电机/水泵结构原理、控制技术；
能熟读各类机电产品国家标准和机械零件图纸（英文）
4. Defined Competencies / 素质要求
沟通协调能力良好，有团队意识，具备问题分析能力，结果导向；
熟悉5S、EHS要求；
积极主动、责任心强、坚持原则，能服从岗位调度（检验岗位根据人员协调，覆盖进料、过程、出厂全检验环节）
