任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历，机械，电气，机电一体化等相关专业
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or other related disciplines.
2. 八年以上设备维护和管理经验，3年以上制药行业经验。
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in equipment maintenance and management, including at least three (3) years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
其他要求：
1. 熟悉制药工厂GMP法规要求，丰富的设备管理经验。
Family with GMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements, with extensive experience in equipment management.
2. 具有良好的沟通技巧和判断能力。
Strong effective communication skills, and sound judgment.
3. 良好的英语口语及听写能力
Good command of spoken and written English.
工作职责：
1）负责设备可靠性管理与优化，通过故障数据分析、FMEA和RCA等方法，不断识别设备管理的薄弱点和风险，积极寻找科学有效的方法，持续降低设备的故障时间。
Responsible for equipment reliability management and optimization. Continuously identify weaknesses and risks in equipment management through failure data analysis, FMEA, RCA, and other methodologies. Proactively seek scientifically sound and effective solutions to continuously reduce equipment downtime.
1.1 负责基地工艺设备及公用工程设备的MTBF，MTTR，OEE等数据的收集分析及统计，及时并准确的更新日常设备运行数据。
Collect, analyze, and report monthly reliability and performance data for site process and utility equipment, including MTBF, MTTR, and OEE. Ensure equipment operation data is accurately maintained and updated.
1.2. 负责设备故障数据收集整理，并审核以及量化故障分类判定依据，确保评级一致；并参与协助设备进行故障分析，亲自参与并解决实际复杂难度高的故障分析案例；
Collect and consolidate equipment failure data monthly. Review and quantify failure classification criteria to ensure consistency in rating standards. Participate in and support equipment failure investigations, personally leading and resolving complex and high-impact failure case.
1.3. 负责定期准备并总结设备运行情况，并识别有代表性的薄弱点设备及故障，通过组织的改善小组来解决。同时负责组织准备改善案例，给相关人员进行培训和分享。
Prepare quarterly summaries of equipment performance, identify representative weak points and recurring failures, and organize cross-functional improvement teams to implement corrective actions. Develop improvement case studies and deliver relevant training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
1.4. 主导并具体执行年度设备运行周期性回顾报告，确保年度设备运行情况能得到全面精准的分析，并明确新一年的设备改进计划，以不断提升设备运行的性能。
Lead and execute the annual Equipment Performance Review. Ensure comprehensive and accurate analysis of equipment operational performance, develop improvement plans for the coming year, and continuously enhance equipment reliability and operational effectiveness.
1.5 负责Maximo系统相关质量文件的起草，升版等工作。
Prepare, revise, and maintain quality documentation related to the Maximo system, including document creation, updates, and version control.
2）负责工厂Maximo系统的日常管理及执行，包括但不限于流程优化，日常具体操作执行，并在实际运行过程中不断优化预防性维护计划，并确保整个流程符合GMP和EHS相关的要求。
Responsible for the daily management and execution of site Maximo System, including process optimization, daily operational activities, and continuous enhancement of preventive maintenance programs while ensuring compliance with GMP and EHS requirements.
2.1 负责定期完成Maximo系统的相关数据的收集及更新，包括SR，PM，CM等。提醒并跟进相关的活动能按时完成。
Collect, review, and update Maximo-related data on a monthly basis, including SR, PM, and CM. Track and follow up to ensure maintenance activities are completed on time.
2.2. 负责审核SR，CM，PM的书写质量，并定期整理总结不断完善实际案列，形成标准化的培训资料，定期对用户/设备工程师进行培训，以提高Maximo系统相关工单的书写质量。
Conduct quarterly reviews of the quality of SR, CM, and PM documentation. Develop and continuously improve standardized training materials based on actual cases and provide regular training to users and equipment engineers to enhance work order documentation quality.
2.3 负责Maximo系统相关流程的执行，包括不限于新建资产，新建或更新JP，PM等主数据修订相关工作，确保数据的准确一致。
Execute and maintain Maximo-related processes, including but not limited to asset creation, JP creation and revision, PM updates, and master data management to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
3） 参与工程部TPM的实施活动，包括培训资料的准备，组织培训和会议，现场Gemba，重点设备和故障的执行改善等工作，对TPM活动流程和相关标准进行持续优化，并准备培训资料对相关人员进行培训和指导。
Participate in the implementation of TPM initiatives, including preparation of training materials, organization of training sessions and meetings, conducting Gemba activities, and driving improvement actions for critical equipment and recurring failures.
Continuously optimize TPM processes and standards and provide coaching and training to relevant personnel to support TPM deployment and sustainability.
4）. 具备积极主动的沟通意识，跨部门协同执行和具体实施落地的能力，主动参与并实践WBS持续改善，通过数据驱动不断优化设备管理效率与可靠性
Demonstrate proactive communication and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to effectively drive implementation and execution of improvement initiatives.
Actively participate in and promote WBS continuous improvement activities. Leverage data-driven approaches to continuously improve equipment management efficiency and reliability.
