Job Description:
1. Ensure completion of daily production target and monthly target

2. Monitor KPI and take actions/ seek support in case of deviation

3. Drive BPS/LPC/ 5s in the shop floor

4. Co-ordinate with stake holders for completion of the work

5. Capacity planning & Resource Management

6. Coach supervisor and operator and motivation

7. Monitoring and reviewing standards in lines

8. Support TEF for tools, gauges, MAE spares planning & TPM

9. Driving continuous improvement in the shop floor

10. Supporting in implementation of new production and System CIP
Job Qualification:
Technical:

1. Know-how of BPS

2. Project management skills - Basics

3. Hands on experience in machines and assembly process

Managerial:

1. Leadership thinking and actions

2. Goal oriented structure way of working

3. Deriving sustainable decisions based on cross-functional knowledge and experience

4. Basic business management knowledge (marketing, sales, controlling)

5. Capability to seek & give feedback

6. Coaching to enhance skills of team
