岗位职责
The Trainer will be responsible for designing and implementing sales product , sales process and skill and dealer coaching for overseas dealers. This role requires a deep understanding of automotive retail business.
1. Overseas Dealer sales product training design and delivery
2. Sales process and sales skill training design and delivery to oversea market dealers.
3. Dear proformance analysis and Sales funnel coaching to oversea dealers
4. Independently deliver training courses on product value communication , sales skills and processes , with the ability to address practical business problems faced by overseas dealers. Provide hands-on guidance training and coaching to help dealers apply knowledge and skill to real-world scenarios, ultimately supporting the achievement of sales targets.
任职要求
1. Based in China Beijing
2. Bachelor’s degree or above ,Graduated from a top university is plus.
3. A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a leading consulting firm with automotive retail performance enhancement experience. Or in a leading automotive company with sales product, sales skill and process training and Sales funnel coaching experience.
4. Fluent in English is MUST . English must be proficient enough to serve as the primary working language, be able to deliver training and create training materials in English.
5. Willingness to travel internationally as needed to deliver overseas' training
