Overview: Digital team is seeking an Agile manager. In this role, you will closely with system engineer, product and program manager to build Agile software development framework. Lead both internal and external R&D team to develop high quality software product. Meanwhile, this role will work closely with QA and RA team to ensure software development process follow by ISO9001 or 13485 requirements.

As an Agile manager, you may lead or be an individual to contributor to multiple R&D project engagements as well as work on highly complex projects that require in-depth knowledge across multiple specialized business domains.

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

Manage Agile Scrum teams, build Scrum, Kanban, risk table etc. Agile software development frameworks and provide detail development plan on time.

Work closely with Product management team to manage produce backlog and priority, provide Vision, ScrumPlan and MileStone.

Responsible for maintaining development process and provide Agile training for entire team.

Proficient in SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) management, experienced software development from 0 to 1 product on medical device or software

Manage multiple Agile projects to collaborate multiple stakeholders to ensure software delivery on time.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:

Familiar with ISO13485 or 9001 quality management system development, strong communication skills, rich experience in organizing and coordinating cross-team projects (cross-department, cross-role, cross-team communication), good communication and collaboration skills with others.

Rich project management experience, with practical experience in multiple project management.

PMP certificate preferred.

Bachelor's Degree or above.

8+ years of experience.

Education in: Computer, information management and information systems and other related majors.
