What to expect?
Lead team development, including recruitment, capability building, performance management, and continuous improvement.

Own the department roadmap, aligning technical strategy, business objectives, and employee development.

Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality chassis project delivery.

Act as the main technical contact for customers and maintain strong customer relationships.

Drive innovation in AI-enabled and data-driven chassis technologies.

Lead technical project acquisition, including estimation, proposals, and customer presentations.

Improve engineering processes, testing methods, and best practices.

Enable effective cross-functional and global collaboration.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

What sets you apart?
Degree in Vehicle Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of chassis engineering experience in China, covering vehicle dynamics and hardware/software development.

5+ years of leadership experience in team development and change management.

Strong knowledge of chassis systems, controller integration, and ADAS/AD interfaces.

Solid understanding of vehicle development, production processes, and industry standards.

Experience in vehicle platform development and vehicle launch is a plus.

Experience with ISO 26262 functional safety processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a structured and ownership-driven mindset.

Strong vehicle dynamics evaluation and driving skills on proving grounds and public roads.

Fluent in Chinese and English; German is a plus.
