岗位职责
1. 负责 AI Agent 整体架构规划与技术体系建设，制定架构规范与技术标准，支撑 AI 能力的平台化、规模化落地。
2. 负责智能体核心系统与通用能力建设，围绕 Agent Harness、Memory、Tool / Skill 等构建可扩展的技术基础设施。
3. 主导复杂 AI 系统的技术方案设计与关键技术攻关，解决架构、性能、稳定性、可扩展性及成本等核心问题。
4. 推动模型能力与智能体系统协同演进，探索大模型、AI Agent、多模态等技术在业务场景中的落地与应用。
5. 统筹跨团队技术协同，联动算法、工程、终端、产品及业务团队，推动关键技术方案落地。
6. 跟踪 AI 前沿技术发展，开展技术预研与方向判断，为公司 AI 技术战略和产品方向提供决策支持。
岗位要求
1. 计算机、人工智能等相关专业，具备扎实的软件工程、系统设计及算法基础。
2. 5 年以上软件研发经验，具备大型复杂系统架构设计与落地经验，有 AI Agent 或大模型相关经验优先。
3. 深入理解大模型及 AI Agent 技术体系，熟悉 Agent Harness / Runtime、Context Engineering、Memory、Tool Calling、RAG、任务规划与执行等核心技术。
4. 具备优秀的系统抽象与架构设计能力，能够拆解复杂问题，进行合理技术取舍并推动方案落地。
5. 具备较强的技术领导力与跨团队协作能力，有团队管理、技术平台或通用基础设施建设经验优先。
6. 对新技术保持敏锐度和持续学习能力，具备良好技术视野与前瞻判断，能够持续推动架构演进。
