Lead Analyst, Financial Operations

Financial management Manage ASP CTO financials including direct cost booking, recharge and recovery. Ensure timely and accurate cost recognision, complete monthly Cadency reconciliations in line with accounting policy and adherence to operational risk control framework Review direct cost monthly, perform variance analysis, and proactively raise insights, risks and corrective actions. Support PO Centraliation process. Provide clear executive summaries and management updates, supporting decision-making . Ensure finance operations meet local statutory/regulatory requirements, including audit readiness and documentation standards. Process simplification & continuous improvement Strong experience in Finance, accounting, financial control, planning and analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. A continuous-improvement mindset, with the ability to simplify and standardise processes and support the adoption of AI and new tools.
