Quality Supervisor, Wilson

Work Responsibility：

• Ass Senior to Provides product quality expertise to category teams to ensure potential defects are identified and prevented at the development stage and provides input based on defective returns analyses, factory/vendor capabilities and performance history

• Learning ANTA quality standard to combine WILSON sportswear characteristic in globally to Setting the physical and chemical testing standard on development and bulk stage .

• Reviews product designs and manufacturing plans to ensure manufacturing processes are capable of meeting specifications and tolerance requirements (for sewing & fit requirements).Special for our 1st and 2nd photo samples meeting

• Performs process capability analyses to qualify critical specifications and processes and to provide for manufacturing process control implementation.

• Provides support to the product developer team where necessary for new supplier evaluations and factory and vendor visits for training, problem solving, corrective action, and follow-up.

• Provides supports setting quality standard and testing in our future system

• Closely working with ASO QC and our production planner team to security our production line and approval PP samples .

• Aduit suppliers testing lab with the third party for Wilson globally .

Requirements:

Preferring Global sportswear in garment background.

6 years experience in softgoods and accessories quality and sourcing field

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin is a MUST, both spoken and written Able to read, understand and cross reference design drawings

Experienced with sampling ./ prototyping, and working directly with manufacturers on site to troubleshoot and monitor progress

Able to work independently and problem solve issues as they arise

Able to understand requirements when sourcing new suppliers Basic knowledge of MS office
