Senior Retail Training Manager, Salomon

How You Contribute:

• The purpose of the position is to develop, coordinate and conduct a full set of retail training program from curriculum to platform to better support the training and people development needs in order to provide the best learning experience to Salomon frontline staff, both own retail and wholesale store.

Job Scope:

• Collect retail learning needs, analysis the gap, and develop programs / contents / methods / tools to fulfill.

• Responsible for delivering orientation, service & product training course, and deliver the training programs or projects for all levels of frontline staff.

• To run E-learning programs, maintain the system and keep tracking the learning result.

• Responsible for the Mystery Shoppers Program: mechanics/execution, reports / analysis, deliver the service enhancement training based on the findings.

• Deliver regular training reports to evaluate the training results and effectiveness and adjust the training program accordingly to enhance staff performance in achieving the targets

• Work closely with retail and wholesale operation team to follow up training results and conduct store visit & onsite coaching to frontline staff

• Working with Global Training team for Retail Training Offering

• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties in executing training initiatives

• Develop team capability and encourage best practices share among team

Role Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years solid training and development experience in retail sector, preferably in Sports/fashion/cosmetics brand

• Solid experience in training needs analysis, training materials development, customer service training, store coaching

• Passion in training, logistical thinking, hard worker, team work spirit is a must, strong interpersonal skills

• Fluent English in writing and speaking

• University degree

• Good computer skill, be good at office software, Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.

• Good communication, organization and presentation skills

• Good leadership skills and team player

• Able to multi-task and work under pressure

• Any certification of training or sports lover will be a plus
