Material Development Supervisor

About This Team

Responsible for full-cycle fabric & accessory development, control material quality risks from early design stage, coordinate with suppliers, factory, design and QA teams to meet brand standards, cost and delivery schedule.

How You Contribute

1. Material Sourcing & Development

• Source and develop new fabrics per seasonal design brief; test performance, handfeel, color fastness, sustainability compliance.

• Lead fabric pool, lab dip, strike-off and sample confirmation; track handover of technical specs between design and factory.

2. Pre-production Risk Control

• Identify material quality risks at development phase (color migration, shrinkage, abrasion, waterproof function etc.); issue improvement requests to suppliers.
