1. Be able to handle standard design and project management for new concept and special designed stores, including drawing review, prototype new store’s fixtures landing, lead polit store construction drawings with air conditioning and fire protection coordination and cost settlement.
2. Accountability for the accuracy, quality and timeliness of some stores’ design & drawings documents included layouts, drawings, renderings and presents to key stakeholders.
3. Work with retail team to update design standards and develop special design concepts for important stores.
4. Occasional travel to gain a fuller understanding of city and site surroundings.
5. Close work with purchasing team and response for vendor management.
6. Response for owned project contract and payment process.
7. Speed, efficiency and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Qualification:
· ·Good design taste, design skills, good aesthetics.
· ·At least 6 years working experience in architectural or store design and design management.
· ·Be proficient in interior design, have the ability to complete key stores deign independently, and
· understand construction technology, details drawings and materials.
· ·Excellent organizational skills: able to manage multiple ongoing projects under variable conditions.
· ·Strong team spirit and self-drive, good at communication and coordination among multiple departments.
· ·Familiar with ball sports culture.
