The team monitors the business on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, understanding changes in trend and reacting to the business to maximize sales and mitigate risk. The priority is to understand and protect the guest experience through end-to-end execution of the product strategy that delivers profitable sales growth.

How You Contribute

Main duties and responsibilities

• The purpose of the position is to develop, coordinate and conduct retail training program to better support the training needs and set key role model of sporty spirit in order to provide the best learning experience and promote sporty mindset to Salomon frontline staff, both own retail and wholesale store.

Job scope

• Collect retail learning needs, analysis the gap, and develop programs / contents / methods / tools to fulfill.

• Responsible for delivering orientation, service & product training course, and deliver the training programs or projects for all levels of frontline staff.

• Support E-learning programs and keep tracking the learning result.

• Responsible for regional Mystery Shoppers follow up and deliver the service enhancement training based on the findings.

• Deliver regular training reports to evaluate the training results and effectiveness and adjust the training program accordingly to enhance staff performance in achieving the targets

• Work closely with retail and wholesale operation team to follow up training results and conduct store visit & onsite coaching to frontline staff

• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties in executing training initiatives

Role Qualifications

Working seniority and experiences

• Minimum 3 years solid training and development experience in retail sector, preferably in Sports/fashion/cosmetics brand

• Solid experience in training needs analysis, training materials development, customer service training, store coaching

• Passion in training, logistical thinking, hard worker, team work spirit is a must, strong interpersonal skills

• Fluent English in writing and speaking

Core competency

• Good computer skill, be good at office software, Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.

• Good communication, organization and presentation skills

• Good team player

• Professional road running or trail running experience will be an essential

• Able to multi-task and work under pressure

• Any certification of training will be a plus
