Senior Indirect Procurement Manager

How You Contribute:

Strategic Sourcing & Cost Leadership

Develop and execute category strategies for Operations (Logistics), IT, HR/Admin, and Professional Services, delivering annual cost savings and value beyond price.

Lead competitive bidding (RFx), supplier negotiations, and contract management to optimize terms and risk mitigation.

Supplier & Stakeholder Management

Partner with internal teams (Operations, IT, HR/Admin, Strategy, etc.) to understand their unique needs and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Your ability to build strong partnerships will be crucial in aligning procurement activities with broader business objectives.

Manage supplier performance, conduct quarterly business reviews, and drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency. Your proactive approach to supplier performance management will help mitigate risks and ensure consistent delivery of value.

Compliance & Innovation

Ensure adherence to company policies, ESG standards, and regional regulations (e.g., data privacy, trade compliance).

Leverage market intelligence and benchmarking to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for Corporate Service Category.

Role Qualifications:

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time unified recruitment).

10-12 years of experience in indirect procurement. Cross-industry experience accepted, retail industry preferred.

With deep expertise in Corporate Services categories. Experience in IT category is highly desirable.

CET-6 or higher English proficiency.

Work Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.

Proficiency in e-procurement tools (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa) and data analytics (Excel, Power BI).

Familiarity with contract law and risk management frameworks.
