About This Team
This position will in charge of footwear carry over product buying work, oversee footwear investment portfolio from inventory efficiency perspective, tracking in-season performance and providing valuable action plans to drive sales and maintain heathy inventory structure.

Main duties and responsibilities
Job scope
-Responsible for footwear carryover product OTB investment plan, product investment structure, depth plan at SKU level, rolling forecast at size level
- Oversee footwear investment from inventory efficiency perspective, dynamically adjust the buy plan based on sales trend and inventory.
-Provide delivery phasing plans to support sales and meanwhile maintain heathy inventory level.
-Communicate overall buy plan & delivery phasing with global and solve the related issues.
-Tracking in-season product sales performance, providing action plans from channels, stores clusters, territory perspective to accelerate the sales.
-Regular sales & inventory projection from product perspective and reconcile the plan with other planning functions to have one solid plan.
Role Qualifications
Working seniority and experiences: minimum 6 years’ buying experience in relevant role/industry
Education level and qualifications: Bachelor or above
Core competency: outdoor/sneaker product knowledge, planning logic.
Business and technical skills: Strong business mindset, advanced Excel level skill.
Soft-skills: Cross function communication, good written and oral English.
