How You Contribute:
1.Quick Replenish Program Management (China Market)
Process Development: Establish, implement, and continuously optimize supply chain workflows specifically designed for quick replenish orders, from core article list feasibility check, order placement to final delivery.
Demand & Supply Alignment: Act as the primary liaison with the China Merchandising team to translate commercial demands into actionable raw material procurement plans and production capacity reservations.
Order Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end order confirmation process, manage critical paths, and ensure strict adherence to requested delivery timelines.
Inventory Optimization: Track and manage leftover materials from QR orders, developing strategies to minimize waste and maximize inventory utilization for future quick-turn needs.
Vendor Performance: Define, track, and analyze KPIs for suppliers within the QR program, driving continuous improvement in speed, flexibility, and reliability.
2. Strategic Project Support (Global)
Vendor Management Enhancement: Assist the Global Sourcing Director in tracking and analyzing global vendor performance metrics (e.g., OTD, Quality, Cost, Sustainability).
Process Improvement: Contribute to global sourcing process enhancement projects, identifying bottlenecks and proposing digital or operational solutions to streamline workflows.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations using data visualization tools to support decision-making at the executive level.
Special Projects: Take ownership of ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Global Sourcing Director, which may involve system implementation testing, or cross-functional task forces.
