How You Contribute

Provide strong data analysis, a holistic customer perspective, and clear insights to support key brand projects, brand planning, and business decisions.

1. Client Data Insights

• Integrate multi-source data across membership, product, and channels to build a comprehensive framework covering consumer segmentation and behavioral pathways.

• Use solid analytics and business understanding to deliver actionable, trackable client insights to provide a comprehensive, dynamic consumer view.

• Translate analysis into clear conclusions, and visual reports—logical, focused, and intuitive for teams.

2. Metric System and Data Dashboards

• Define and track core metrics and definitions around key business topics

• Maintain and track metric systems, reports, and dashboards; drive data standardization and automation.

3. Support Departmental/Cross-functional Business Insight Needs

• Support marketing brand planning, audience strategy, and product opportunity analysis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into actions and track implementation.

Role Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.

• 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis, consumer insights, business analysis, CRM.

• Proven track record of owning end-to-end data insight projects, from problem definition and data analysis to actionable recommendations, with measurable business impact.

• Strong analytical foundation: advanced Excel and PowerPoint; hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

• Solid understanding of statistics and business analysis, including customer segmentation, retention, repurchase, conversion.

• Business acumen, logical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills.

• Proactive, rigorous, curious, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in outdoor, sportswear, retail, or CRM.

• Familiarity with membership/private domain data.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English.

• Passion for outdoor sports.
