Data Analysis Manager

Job Overview:

As a Data Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for supporting company leadership's decision-making analytics system, focusing on the design, development, and productization of Scorecard, supply chain dashboards, and data products (including BI products, data analysis products, and data asset products). By unifying the data caliber of each market, we promote a data-driven management culture and improve organizational transparency and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and continuously optimize the leadership scorecard and supply chain core dashboard to ensure data accuracy, timeliness and visualization;

• Work closely with leadership, supply chain, strategy, and commercial departments to understand key performance indicator (KPI) requirements, build data models, and implement automated reporting.

• Pull through the data caliber and analysis logic of each regional market to promote the unification of global data standards;

Participate in the formulation of data analysis processes, standards and specifications, and promote data quality improvement and process automation;

• Identify key business issues, provide data insight support, and promote business decision optimization.

• Promote the productization process of Scorecard, supply chain dashboards, BI products, data analysis products, and data asset products to improve ease of use and automation;

• Collaborate with product managers and data engineers to design user-friendly data dashboards and interaction logic;

• Track industry best practices and introduce advanced data analysis methods and visualization techniques

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in statistics, mathematics, finance, computer science, business analysis or related majors is preferred.

Work Experience:

• At least 5 years of work experience in data analysis, data products or supply chain analysis;

• Experience in the construction of large enterprise Scorecard;

• Experience in cross-regional data integration and data product development is preferred.

Skill Requirements:

• Proficient in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI and other data analysis and visualization tools;

• Familiar with supply chain data analysis, with enterprise-level supply chain data modeling ability;

• Good business understanding skills to transform complex data into clear business insights.

Bonus points:

• Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehouse architecture is preferred.

• Proficient in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum);

• Professional certification in data analysis and other related fields is preferred.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills, able to collaborate efficiently with executives, supply chain, and commercial teams.

• Proficient in Mandarin & English communication skills;

• He has high data sensitivity, logical thinking, and is good at finding problems and proposing solutions from data.
