Senior Manager, IT Financial Management

Key Accountabilities 主要职责

1. IT Financial Governance & Control

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the global IT Financial Management framework, policies, and governance processes

• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards for all Digital & IT initiatives.

2. Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Management

• Support the Director, Strategy & Operations in driving the annual and multi year IT budgeting and forecasting cycles in close partnership with Finance and Digital & IT leadership.

• Monitor actuals vs. budget, identify variances, and drive corrective actions to manage cost efficiency.

• Improve cost allocation, chargeback/showback mechanisms, and transparency of IT spend across portfolios and business units

3. Portfolio Financial Performance & Value Realization

• Track financial performance of Digital & IT initiatives, including business cases, benefits realization, and ROI.

• Integrate financial KPIs with portfolio and delivery performance metrics to enable value based prioritization and decision making.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to optimize the IT investment mix

4. Management Reporting & Executive Insights

• Design and deliver clear, decision oriented financial dashboards and management reports covering spend, forecast, risks, and value realization.

• Prepare materials for portfolio governance forums and senior leadership reviews.

• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non finance stakeholders.

• Continuous IT spending analysis & reporting

• Own the Financial Management Dashboard and deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior IT leadership to support data-driven decision-making

• Partner with the Finance department to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency of all IT financial data and reporting

5. Tooling, Data & Process Ownership

• Act as product owner for IT financial management and PPM/financial tools, dashboards, and data models.

• Drive standardization, data quality, user adoption, and continuous enhancement of ITFM tooling across regions or markets

6. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, Portfolio Managers, and IT delivery teams to align financial and delivery objectives.

• Oversee financial aspects of vendor contracts, including commercial models, spend tracking, and cost optimization opportunities.

• Support negotiations and commercial decision making with fact based financial analysis.

7. Capability Building

• Build and develop IT financial management capability within the organization through coaching, guidance, and best practice sharing.

• Support portfolio and project teams in strengthening financial discipline and commercial acumen.

• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and value focused investment.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field.

• MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred

Languages语言

• Fluent written and spoken English,and Mandarin. Proficiency in Cantonese a plus.

Technical:

• Expert in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.

• Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data tools (Excel, Power BI).

• Strong knowledge of IT investment management and project finance.

Non-Technical:

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Years of Work Experience 工作经验

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, IT finance, or related field.

• At least 5 years in IT Financial Management or similar role within a multinational environment.

• Proven experience managing global or regional IT Budgets and investment portfolios.
