工作职责Responsibilities：
1、主导负责厂房系统（220KV变电站、110KV变电站、10KV供配电、400/380V用户终端、UPS、供配电设施）标准运行操作规程制定并指导现场运行；
In charge of electrical related facility systems SOPs preparation and site operating guidance, including 220KV/110KV transformer station, 10KV Power supply and distribution system, 400/380V terminal equipment, UPS, Power supply and distribution device etc.
2、主导负责电气系统运行数据分析、统计，预测，系统优化，保障系统的经济、安全运行；
In charge of electrical system data collection and analysis, estimation and system optimization, ensure electrical systems reliability and economic operation.
3、根据生产需要，执行电气系统预防性测试，保障对应的生产需求；
Implementing preventive maintenance testing and manage daily O&M activities to ensure production needs.
4、主导针对现场运维问题给出专业解决方案，并负责紧急维修电力系统故障等相关事宜，改善设施的管理与维护，优化备件管理、减少故障；
In charge of providing professional solutions and lead team to fix electrical related system emergency issues. Optimizing facility system and spare parts management to minimize failure.
5、统筹制定基地电力系统年度工作计划（培训计划、隐患排查计划、设备管理、演练计划等），把关落地情况;
Coordinating to prepare annual electrical systems working plan, including training, hazard investigation, equipment management, rehearsal plan etc. Supervising implementation progress.
6、主导所管辖区域的节能降耗减排的技术改善，通过技术和管理方法提升公司的能源效率；
Lead to increase energy utilization efficiency via improving technology or optimizing management, which is to reduce consumption and emissions for energy saving.
7、参与ONFP主导的新项目建设，包括规划设计、安装调试、验收等工作，确保后期运行的经济性和稳定性；
Involve in new project execution which lead by ONFP, including design, construction and commissioning, site inspection and acceptance etc. Ensure reliability and economic operation after handover.
8、根据公司安全、生产、质量、成本、生产连续性保障等要求，主导对厂房设施进行升级、优化改造或完善以满足安全稳定运行；
Implementing CAPEX projects execution for facility systems upgrading and optimization, meet safety, quality, and cost control targets. Ensure business continuous plan and reliability.
9、协助客户&体系审核；配合厂房设施安全&节能&体系认证;
Support on client audit and system review. Support on facility system safety & energy saving & system certification.
10、主导所属区域厂房数字化&智能化系统建立和管理；
Implementing digitalization and Intelligent system installation and management for responsible areas.
11、主导对现场技术员进行专业技能培训及岗位技能考核。
Provide job related training to electrical technician, set up KPIs and make assessment.
任职资格Qualification：
1、电气工程及自动化、供用电技术、电力系统自动化技术等相近专业，全日制本科及以上；
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power supply & distribution, Power System Automation or relative fields is preferred.
2、6年及以上电子、光电、半导体、太阳能、电池新能源等电气专业工作经验，其中至少4年运维经验；
6+ years of electrical related work experience on Electronics, optoelectronics, semiconductors, solar energy, and battery new energy industry, with at least 4 years of operation and maintenance experience.
3、熟练掌握220KV变电站、110KV变电站、10KV供配电、400/380V用户终端、UPS、供配电设施等理论知识及运维技能；
Technical expertizing on electrical engineering knowledge and operation & maintenance skills, including 220KV/110KV transformer station, 10KV Power supply and distribution system, 400/380V terminal equipment, UPS, Power supply and distribution device etc.
4、熟悉电气专业的相关规范标准；
Familiar with Electrical code and regulation requirement.
5、有一定的组织、协调、沟通及现场管理能力；具备一定抗压能力；具有良好的职业素养及团队合作意识和工作责任心。有较强的发现、分析与解决问题的能力，系统性解决系统存在问题。有一定的风险管控意识；
Be able to organize, coordinate, communicate efficiently. Can work under pressure. Good collaboration and can take responsibility with ownership. Strong problem identifying, risk-based thinking and problem-solving capability.
6、精通FMEA, CAD、微软办公软件、PPT等工具；
Proficient in FMEA, CAD, Microsoft Office software and Power point tools.
7、英文听说读写流利，具备中文读写和交流能力优先。
Fluent English both in written and spoken. Mandarin communication ability is a plus.
