Main goals and objectives
Evaluating and designing comprehensive systems, structures and processes in VWA organization to optimize product, process and direct cost.
Your Responsibilities
Work with related department to design the plant layout in 3P-layout
Leads in the application of industrial engineering techniques to set productivity standards (HPU, VBZ, EHPV)
Defining the ideal processes (sequence and operations) of new products before SOP in 3PP-WHS
Establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
Develop metrics to measure equipment and factory capacity and output
Identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks
Cost control and reduction, inventory control and production record system (AP/HWP)
Develop and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods
Our Requirements
Bachelor’s or master degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or related major.
Internship experience in VW Group will be a plus
Proficiency with MS office, Fluent speaking English and good writing skills
