Product Manager (Community/Operations)

Introduction

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive developer community operations for edge, robotics, and AI products. This role will build operation strategies around product capabilities and translate developer feedback into product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Define developer community strategies based on product features and target users.

Drive product adoption through content, events, developer programs, and partner campaigns.

Collect developer feedback and identify key use cases and adoption barriers.

Translate community insights into product requirements and support product definition.

Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and ecosystem partners on product launches and operations.

Track community engagement, activation, retention, and product adoption.

Required Qualifications

Experience in product operations, developer relations, or community management.

Familiarity with edge computing, robotics, AI, or Arm-based platforms.

Strong user insight, content planning, and project execution skills.

Strong cross-functional communication skills.

Ability to communicate technical products clearly to developers.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing developer or open-source communities.

Technical or engineering background.

Familiarity with LLMs, VLMs, agents, or embodied AI.
