Engineering Operation Manager

We are looking for an exceptional problem solver and operational master as part of engineering leadership team. In this role, you'll setup and manage the general processes crossing various product teams for achieve high performance and cost efficiency. Work with corporate function departments to support corporate strategies, manage and maintain corporate operational activities

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities

• Setup and manage engineering operation processes and policies

• Organize cross-product information management, resource allocation and result assessment.

• Manage the engineering database and assets

• Work with product teams to manage cost, expense and purchasing

• Work with product and Commerical team to trace product revenue

• Trace and support product and business forecast

• Organize and support engineering management panel, and Corp executive communication

• Coordinate with workplace services, IT and other internal/external partners to drive successful execution of: reoccurring and ad-hoc meetings; team culture events including: offsites, celebrations/recognition.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in high tech industries with problem solving mentality. ( e.g. product, project operations management, executive support, engineering management, etc.)

• Strong EQ and people skills, with a consistent record of building and maintaining relationships among a variety of partners

• Strong capability to manipulate e-tools and database

• Familiar with sales, purchasing, financial and HR flow
