NPU Architecture Expert

Job Description:

Responsible for NPU hardware architecture design and hardware specification customization.

Responsible for key module analysis and architectural performance analysis of NPU, collaborating with hardware and software teams to complete microarchitecture design and architectural optimization.

Responsible for power consumption simulation and functional modeling of NPU, collaborating with algorithm team to plan internal memory structure of NPU to ensure good memory access characteristics.

Collaborate with algorithm team to analyze and understand AI algorithm requirements, and guide the design and development of subsequent AI model structures.

Plan and design next-generation NPU architecture models.

Requirements:

Master's degree or above, with at least 8+ years of relevant work experience.

Proficient in AI & deep-learning model, algorithm and workload computing and bandwidth analysis.

Proficient in NPU/DSP/ASIC basic theory knowledge, those with a good foundation in AI chip hardware architecture are preferred.

Proficient in various high-performance processors, DSA architecture/micro-architecture design, and familiar with AI software stack.

Proficient in chip PPA optimization, with experience in self-developed chip mass production.

Have strong learning ability and team communication skills.
