岗位职责
1. 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、电子信息、通信、计算机等相关专业，3年以上Basetech/HIL测试经验。
2. 精通CAN(FD)、LIN、Ethernet等总线通信协议及相关国际标准。
3. 精通UDS诊断协议（ISO 14229/15765/13400），熟悉诊断服务、刷写及OTA测试方法
4. 精通AUTOSAR/OSEK网络管理协议，熟悉PNC/VFC策略及网关路由测试
5. 熟练掌握Vector工具链（CANoe、VN系列），具备VT System HIL台架搭建与调试经验。
6. 精通CAPL和Python脚本开发，能独立编写自动化测试脚本。
7. 有功能安全（ISO 26262）或信息安全（ISO 21434）测试经验者优先；
8. 英语口语能作为工作语言者优先。
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Communications, Computer Science, or related fields, with 3+ years of Basetech/HIL testing experience.
2. Proficient in CAN(FD), LIN, and Ethernet bus protocols and relevant international standards.
3. Proficient in UDS diagnostics (ISO 14229/15765/13400), familiar with diagnostic services, flashing, and OTA testing methodologies.
4. Proficient in AUTOSAR/OSEK network management, familiar with PNC/VFC strategies and gateway routing testing.
5. Skilled in Vector toolchain (CANoe, VN series), with experience in VT System HIL bench setup and debugging.
6. Proficient in CAPL and Python scripting, capable of independently developing automated test scripts.
7. Experience in functional safety (ISO 26262) or cybersecurity (ISO 21434) testing is preferred;
8. Spoken English as a working language is preferred.
岗位要求
1. 负责CAN、LIN、Ethernet等车载总线通信协议的一致性测试与鲁棒性测试。
2. 负责UDS诊断协议测试，包括DoCAN/DoIP通信、诊断服务、DTC管理及Bootloader刷写验证。
3. 负责OTA升级全链路测试，涵盖升级包下发、版本切换、回滚机制及异常中断恢复等场景。
4. 负责AUTOSAR/OSEK网络管理测试，包括状态机跳转、睡眠/唤醒逻辑及PNC/VFC策略验证。
5. 负责车载网关功能测试，包括信号/报文路由、路由超时、通信负载及延迟测试。
6. 熟悉Vector工具链（VN系列/VT HIL台架），编写CAPL/Python自动化脚本。
7. 负责测试问题追踪与闭环管理，推动问题根因分析，参与需求评审并输出测试报告。
1. Conduct conformance and robustness testing for CAN, LIN, and Ethernet vehicle bus communication protocols.
2. Perform UDS diagnostic testing, including DoCAN/DoIP communication, diagnostic services, DTC management, and Bootloader flashing validation.
3. Execute end-to-end OTA upgrade testing, covering package delivery, version switching, rollback mechanisms, and abnormal interruption recovery.
4. Conduct AUTOSAR/OSEK network management testing, including state machine transitions, sleep/wake-up logic, and PNC/VFC strategy validation.
5. Perform vehicle gateway functional testing, covering signal/message routing, routing timeout, communication load, and latency validation.
6. Build and maintain HIL environments using Vector toolchain (VN series / VT HIL benches), and develop CAPL/Python automation scripts.
7. Track and manage test issues to closure, drive root cause analysis, participate in requirement reviews, and deliver test reports.
