Core Tasks and Responsibility：

Planning, organization, and execution of MFUs; documenting machine acceptance (short-term capability), test protocols, and final acceptance protocols; training operators

Conducting FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and control plans for all stages I/II/III and all work processes in shaft and gear manufacturing, assembly, and mechatronics

Supporting projects at Volkswagen Automatic Transmission (Tianjin)

Translation and archiving of technical documentation (protocols, standards, drawings, etc.)

Supporting AVS Project Stage III tracking

Supporting the optimization of manufacturing technology, processes, and capacity in series production (assembly)

Assisting in the continuous improvement process

Qualifikation：

Assisting in the continuous improvement process

Necessary education:Bachelor/ Diplomingenieur

Personal skills:Team spirit, entrepreneurial thinking, independence, willingness to take responsibility

Language skills:Fluent German or English

IT knowledge: MS-Office, SAP, AutoCAD
